brief history: Ashley grew up in ireland with her brothers. ash and her brothers often visited their cousins lily, leo and logan in hickstead, mostly to get away from their dad who was an abusive alcoholic pretty much 24/7. when james found out their dad wasn't actually his and in fact his uncle was his dad, well that was a dramatic time. when james left to move to hickstead, Ashley counted down the few days until she turned sixteen. she was legal to leave home then, and that was what she did. she moved to hickstead. when she was sixteen, she met the love of her life, damon thornton. they had been dating a couple of months when Ashley met damons brother, Jason. there was no denying it, Jason was drop dead georgous, sexy. now Ashley was happy with damon. . well so she thought. when Jason started hitting on her, she couldn't resist his charms and they ended up in bed together. a few weeks later, what a surprise. . she's pregnant. which brother is the father. . she had no clue. of course, Ashley had to tell damon what had happened, she regretted, she truly loved damon. he broke up with her. she couldn't blame him, she had betrayed him. she was miserable for months. they finally reconciled on the condition they moved away from hickstead.
